I really don't understand some of these comments. KT wanted TT and only complained when they didn't get what they thought they would as part of the bfg
The 'fight' was not to defeat TT - even if that was a consequence (possibly) but was all about giving KT the contracts they wanted at another's expense. Incidentally, judging from the website and draft rota they were never going to be awarded what they applied for. No where near enough staff!
Then I believe they wanted to sever the link between individual solicitors and slots which could only be in order to reduce salaries.
Then, the firm closed a week AFTER crm12's signed thereby not allowing staff to actively seek alternative positions.
Had the bfg which included KT not wanted TT we may have avoided the pain of the last 2 years. It is sad when any established firm closes, but let's not go too far!!
