I especially liked the word 'immediate'. Judges hate solicitors. It's as simple as that. So they would like to get rid of us. Odd. It's the judges who have mangled the procedure out of shape and the executve that destroyed legal aid and bumped up the court fees but what's wrong with the system is too many 'lawyers' (code for solicitors).
