I don't offer Reserved Legal Services, But eg a divorce the lay person may feel more comfortable if someone assist him to complete the Petition and Advises on which Fact and which Prayers etc. The "system" is designed to be accessed without a Solicitor. But sometimes a bit a friendly assistance can take the stress out.
So yes, I can offer the Full range of Legal Services so long as they are not Prescribed, eg Litigation. In that case I can help them with Pubic Access to the Bar.
Always a much cheaper, smoother and less stressed alternative method of access to Justice.
