The troubles at S and G are a symptom of everything this government has done to strangle victims rights to justice. Sure S and G made a monumental and frankly logic confounding error of judgment but how many other firms are buying in quantities of 'fag end' work where you still get costs in order to try to maintain cash flow. As a profession we are only trying to keep our people in work and what is wrong with that ?
