I see now one actually on the coal face is invited to these workshops.
Clients won't see the fixed recoverable costs as a good thing when they are presented with a substantial bill for the shortfall and a success fee. and instead of cutting each other's throats by offering lower rates of success fees etc we should charge a proper rate for a proper job and let the clients take issue with the government on just what they can recover from their opponent.
