This Medco idea is getting out of hand. Surely the answer to tackle the fraud is simply to move the whiplash claims into the small claims track and abolish Claims Management Companies getting involved. I would hope then that DJs hearing these types of cases would have a rule of thumb that if your fit and healthy then low impact collisions are not going to cause you whiplash
