Maybe those funding the SRA should consider a few facts when making report@sra etc.
They are confirmed by other regulators to not have the appropriate skills to understand SRA Handbook provisions so the many reports of unlawful traders holding themselves out as Solicitors, solicitors breaching the unsolicited contact and delivering advice to vulnerable third parties while acting for their client other party etc date back years!

One firm making representations to each party in a RTC claim has not been investigated to a conclusion after 2+ years. Still £30k missing from claims!
