What would you good people do with a solicitor who on the surface appears to be acting as a solicitor but then turns into a personal claims insurer? What would you do with a solicitor that solicited child abuse claims by the hundreds and who claimed to have child abuse expertise which they do not have? 2 years of disclosure 2 years of pain and then to find you have been dealing with an ambulance chaser- humiliating to say the least and having disclosed some things never shared before to a crook. But no-one will help, including your SRA who cannot act in personal matters against rogue solicitors. Lovely wouldn't you say. Legal fraternity have much to fear from these people who only use abuse victims.
