Interesting to see a case cited in Balii removed but never mind.

I have provided documentary evidence of misconduct to the SRA, I expect that this will be considered by the SDT.

This is the proper manner in which to act, posting the evidence to a fora, even a specialist forum, would be improper and potentially counter productive.

While we will all have our own views as to the manner in which the SRA discharges their regulatory function I would be surprised if any reasonable solicitor would posit that their recent warning card was the product of a whim or the lack of anything else to do.
