In an avuncular and hopefully non patronising way can I suggest that you might benefit from trying to develop the skill to objectively consider the opponent's position and how their evidence might be presented / considered.

Taking an uncritical view of your client's case does not allow you to properly consider its merits or provide the best advice.

Pointing fingers at the legion of untoward practices by insurers seeking to avoid settlement of a legitimate claim and ignoring the fecund stench from a small but loathsome part of the profession allows the PR guff from the insurers to establish greater credibility than it otherwise would.
