Is there a risk here of taring all with the same brush? Yes, there rate terrible claimants and their solicitors. And yes, there are awful insurers and their representatives. But there are also honourable claimants and genuine insurers. In fact there is a complete spectrum on each side from the very honourable to the completely fraudulent. Grouping one side or the other and taring each with the same brush is unhelpful and misleading.
