I had written confirmation yesterday that action involving 100 cases had been lodged for court action, that involves the register. On a personal note l have written to Michael Gove , copying my MP in , asking for a meeting with him to discuss issues involving ONE MILLION CASES where the UK Public have been deprived of property / land . It would appear that for some time there has been a vast cover up of the "errors / mistakes" , to paint Land Registry as squeaky clean and attractive to sell to the private sector. There needs to be a stand that redress is provided to those stolen of assets , and this involves staff at Land Registry holding their hands up to their involvement. In my own case a Assistant Registrar pre-empted the involvement and possible directions of several Judges decisions by using Land Registry's disengagement policy to head me off at the pass. Their disengagement policy is not a lawful procedure and is used from what l have seen to temper anyone coming forward with the evidence of how bad things have been allowed to become at Land Registry.
