The problem with Aviva's Birmingham allegations are that they are all based on their own evidence.

They will send a letter repudiating a claim. Then use that letter as evidence to repudiate another claim.

Eventually you get to the stage that Aviva disclose bundles of 600+ pages all of CNF from "fraudulent claims" alongside their own repudiation letters (actually they letters come from a well know Def solicitors but even hinting at who that is seems to get posts deleted here).

So Aviva's evidence of fraud amounts to - "we say this is fraud for "reasons", and because you happen to live in the area, you are also committing fraud".
