Thanks Rachel, an interesting update. Ironically, the overall costs landscape is getting more diverse and complicated in terms of numerous different funding options, different rules and different fee schemes. Let's also not forget that our present government appears to be very much in the pocket of the insurance industry, so we should not be surprised when changes are skewed in favour of paying parties.
