"breaking down barristers to entry" - That's a bit harsh, isn't it?
That aside, I would like to know how they actually plan to break the /barriers/ to entry to the profession. It is nice that they consider giving work to those from less privileged backgrounds, but it doesn't sound to me like it will be the great push the unfortunate graduates/trainees-to-be need desperately. I feel lucky that I am not in their shoes anymore, but I do wonder who else is crazy enough to try and enter the profession now, the way things are going.
