Is anybody actually surprised by this? This government is privatising Access to Justice and making the tax paying public pay for the "Justice" departments grotesque over-spending and lavish self-indulgence over the years. Anyone who knows anything about how much and for how long they've committed to Manchester Civil Justice Centre will know exactly what we're talking about here. Same old Tories and their blue chip insurer buddies. The rich will swim and that's all that matters. If you want fairer access to justice I'd suggest going to North Korea. Okay, maybe that's pushing it a bit far.
