A disgraceful, mendacious and ignorant speech in defence of a perverse and counter productive policy announcement.

Did his Lordship read law, does he understand that hope and aspiration are not the same as reason and evidence is he aware that as the costs of claims have fallen that the cost of insurance has increased?

And finally, if the Conservative Party now considers it good policy to intervene into an effective and regulated market when so to do will cause such harm to the tax revenues, the profession, the Courts the rule of law and most importantly to the public at large who have suffered loss and damage then I seriously think it's time to spoil my ballot paper rather than give them my support.
