It has taken just 15 minutes of my time to write to my MP, all my local councillors, and my MEP's using the Access to Justice website links. Very easy. If we all sit here moaning to each other, nothing will get done. If you can't support the campaign financially, but you disagree with the proposals, get off your bum and support it in any other way that you can!

Yes, I'd still like to have a job this time next year as would thousands of other people who work in the personal injury legal sector and related professions, but I also want to see that the rights of the people of England and Wales are not bulldozed by this short sighted and incredibly arrogant government. After all, I can always retrain and do something else. A person who is injured through the negligence of another, who loses *his job because he can't work, and then can't support his family as a result, can't simply go and get another job in most cases (*her). The public interest must be the main focus here. I have yet to see a reduction in my insurance premiums since 2013...
