2014 was a bad year for me. One medium velocity impact - about 7K damage to each car. Neither I, my 3 passengers nor the 4 in the car in front had any injury.

Two rear end shunts (not my fault) and again no injuries.

Those who suffer injuries should be compensated. Those that don't must not.

But who peddles the fraud?

Who sold my details to CMC's? Why did quindel (regulated by the claims society) repeatedly ask if i was ok and whether I wanted to claim for uninsured losses?

Why did BMW want me to enter into a credit hire agreement charging £300 per day when I could hire a car for £200 p/w?

Why did the insurers on the the other side charge my insurers £380 per day for a merc which the other driver wanted notwithstanding the fact he was a single male, with a good job and presumably plenty of credit?

The entire industry is wrong but is it not peddled by the insurers and big business?
