@Anonymous 09/05/2016 at 5.33pm Why do the claims get paid out if you don't think that the person is injured and/or that the evidence does not stack up to warrant a pay out? Are you worried that you might not recoup your outlay in terms of legal costs because of the advent of QOCS? Is your and/or your paymasters decision to pay out rather than fight not the cause of people chancing a claim? Pre-QOCS if you had run the case to Trial you would have recovered the costs from the Claimant's ATE provider would you not? I'm at a loss as to why you are encouraging claims for non-existent injuries.
