This is about creating slave camps in prison as currently exist in the USA. Put three time offenders away for ever and use them to work for nothing. This is yet another sign that our government has no confidence in its own ability to run anything. As with their slavish devotion to the EU, I don't know whether its the gutlessness and cowardice in the face of a challenge, or the basic treason that I can't stand. They want to destroy the BBC and the House of Lords as well.
