I have always provided unbundled services, if that means giving a bit of advice or doing a bit of drafting without going on the record. The alternative is not being able to help people who need help. I expect to carry on doing this - right up to the point where my insurers tell me I am not allowed to any more, following the judgment of Mrs. Justice Asplin in Sequence Properties v Patel.
