Of course, what the Judiciary might be doing, in the alternative, to all the people on here, who are at present criticising them, is, to say that "enough is enough" and that, it is not possible, to dis-compete, to levels of baked bean sales a.k.a. "Tesco Law". Has anyone considered this, as it would appear, that a lot of people on here, wish to go down that route, and I believe, that it is a manifestly bad idea.

Kerry Underwood, once wrote a very good article, in the Civil Litigation Journal, about this, and about in particular, the "expectation" once the public, (now one must read Litigants in Person who do not want to pay under any circumstances for Legal Services), got some sort of false impression, that the new regime after the Legal Services Act 1998, was indeed about only buying cans of baked beans. It is a good article and one should read it. If one can still find it.
