Yes, Anon, I agree, I had overlooked that it had been forged, or was so alleged..

But still the point remains that with the cost of all this litigation, which is sure to come out of the estate, will there be anything left? I doubt if even the ex-wife will get anything.

And yes, the order, was unwise in the extreme. Could he sue the DJ? Could the ex-wife? Was the order agreed, or made after a contested hearing? Ironic, isn't it, that if we had agreed such a term we would have been negligent, but if a court makes such a silly order, then that's OK and no redress.

Let's just hope that whoever gets to administer the estate remembers to plead 'plane administravit' when the time comes, which cannot be far away.
