How many costs bills above 100k could be scrutnised further and savings made and reductions, one costs firm maxes it to the hilt, then common sense brings it down. Is this legalised fraud ? Or - shall I see what we can get through ? BUT crucially it has to be the same both sides........so many cases like this would astound everyday folk - or do we ignore them ? And you wonder why the profession has a bad rep'.....
