Unfortunately the HCPC routinely rejects 'Fitness to Practice' complaints against 'Court Appointed Experts' as they are deemed not to meet the 'Standards of Acceptence'; It it however extremely difficult to obtain 'Permission of the Court' for report release in Family Court situations where all too frequently the Legal Aid Solcitiors only help the Councils to win the case and cart of children through Forced Adoption rulings into lucrative Long-term Foster Care (cost £50k to tax payer - £20K taxfree go to the carer) or Adoption (£27k Headhunting-like 'Finder's Fee).

The HCPC however without hesitation accepts concerns against whistel-blowers (such as Prof Jane Ireland) which are seemingly maliciously raised to detroy the livelihood of any knowledgeable person who has the courage to stand up to the mafia-like structures and processes..

The £2Bn 'Adoption' industry has mutated into a haven for commercial and sexual exploitation and a front for Child Trafficking.
