No, Anonymous 17 June 2016 11:10 pm . I did read the article properly. The judge considered £99k to be reasonable for this £25k claim. I suspect, without knowing the detail, that it probably is NOT actually a reasonable amount, let alone the original £208k claim which was probably ridiculously unreasonable, but that even the lower sum has been justified by the judge simply because this is a high profile case between wealthy clients ! !

I bet if the same claim was tried between 2 poor clients, 'reasonable' costs would be nowhere near as much.
