Personally I completely against surrogacy. Children are given by God , not created artificially by doctors or scientists. I am glad that in most of the countries it is prohibited. And that legislation make this procedure not so easy. But from the other hand , because of that many people go to overseas . After it they don’t apply for a parental order. So we cant know exactly how much people in our country do surrogacy. Maybe if legal system in our country were not so strict , infertile couples made surrogacy here . We would have exact number of couples who make surrogacy every year. Then we would know if it is necessary to reform something in this field or not. Of course, at this moment, very limited number apply for a parental order. That’s is why governmental officials think that this issue is not so important for society. Why people should go to poor countries for surrogacy !! Moreover, they can even be deceived there.
