If a particular group of people are responsible for a disproportionate amount of criminal activity should they be heard to complain they are picked on? The community or communities these criminals come from should make more of an effort to ensure those among them with such criminal propensity modify their behaviour. I await the usual abuse & i shall trot out the usual boring statistics.
