@Shaun Ryan -why do we use the word racism - it now means absolutely nothing being abused so many times. Being white, elderly, part Anglo- Saxon and Cornish, Manx I have felt that I have had institutional bias , but because of my prosthesis - I am utterly sick of newcomers into the UK as well as residents , because they alone think that they should have the knighthood, MD's job or whatever, play the racist card - it probably never entered their ego that they were superseded by someone better than they though they were. Life is not a free ride and as the old saying goes - you have to kiss a lot of Toads before you find Prince Charming
