Look Tory Government - get a grip - if you want to keep down Legal costs stop whacking up the Court fees to inexcusable amounts every other month and having your other state service providers eg the police charge ridiculous amounts for photocopying a few pieces of paper in an accident report. Typical to just blame the lawyers of course!
