I understand the rage. What a moronic conclusion. The variables in pricing in say property work alone would lead to a very big notice, sign and website page covering all the pricing options. This report is an example of comment made without evidence or understanding by people who have no actual knowledge of the profession they are commenting on. Where and how do you get a job being so well paid for being so useless and unaccountable? I wish I could spout nonsense without any comeback. Also methinks a lady has too many spoons in too many puddings and is a master chef of none.
A client care letter covering the specific retainer or job in hand is enough. One cannot keep making contestant adjustments to working practice on the basis of keeping idiots happy. There is simply not enough life or time for it.
