Publicise the fact that the common law court of record is denied to us because no so called judge who is only really a clerk will not make himself a real judge by taking his oath of office. . John Doe here has tried to use the common law to make a claim that the CEO of the council was causing me harm by not giving me my property , his duty to act lawfully,. I was unlawfully locked up for contempt of court. They dare not let me win.
