Agree with Anon @ 12.55 pm - until we put our own house in order it sounds like rampant dog-in-a-manger-itisis to keep complaining about others. The reason for the rise in McKenzie friends is cost and trust. In order to prevent competition such as they represent we have to show (i) that we are cost effective in that cut-rate prices often mean cut-rate services (and ethics) and (ii) we have to clean shop (in part argument (i) depends on argument (ii)) Stop whinging, start acting.
