The Limitation Act was drafted as is for sound reasons. People may have any number of things going on in their lives, not know how to claim etc.

The law is fine. As an anonymous Claimant sol I can tell you the issue is GPs being too lenient in order to get more work from the agencies.

If a random doctor was allocated via the portal the entire problem would go away overnight. As long as doctors have a vested interest in the outcome of the case the system will always be broken.

A claimant diagnosed as injured by an honest impartial professional doctor should always be compensated. Even the ABI will know that deep down in their little black hearts.
