Mr Crawford, I don't think the two issues are as linked as you suggest. If you have dodged the bullet once it seems moronic beyond comprehension to stand in front of the target again. In any event, they breached the 11th Commandment and we do not know on how many other occasions they committed actions that would have drawn the same penalty (or worse). It seems optimistic to think that the actions they were punished for were isolated given their previous history. They committed an act they do not deny whilst being paid so the argument they received no pecuniary advantage is patently false. They lied on oath through affidavit to the court to gain an advantage which, apparently, they did not obtain so they managed to mix rank stupidity into the mix as well. Are you seriously arguing in these circumstances they should be let loose on the unsuspecting public again???
