Everything you say is always thoughtful and relevant.

Kerry's comments highlight my fears, that our centuries old justice system could end up being irreparably damaged in the guise of "innovation".

The "computer says no" justice principle proposed, administered by unqualified case officers is no justice at all.

The Law Society must join the Bar to lead this debate, not just sit back while our legal system is "modernised" to death.
