Ok, story time.

I recently attended the county court with a client relating to a simple parking dispute with a private car parking company.

The district judge threw out the CPR and allowed the case to proceed on the claimants deficient pleadings "money due = £200".

The DJ then proceeded to require the defendant to demonstrate the money was not due, despite the fact the claimant making no argument as to what this £200 debt actually was.

It was a kangaroo court to put it mildly, and that's how things are NOW.

Once you put these claims entirely online, with backroom decisions based on nothing more than online forms, does anyone seriously think this will improve ANYTHING?
