Duncan Paine, can I ask you a serious question? Why is it that fake physio happens, why is it that the referral fees ban is deliberately circumvented, why is it that translation fees are billed for people who can clearly speak English at the accident scene, why is that 55 people are on a bus all get whiplash, why is it that certain doctors always recommend rehab provided by their wife's rehab company, why is it that two credit hire vehicles are on hire to two claimants at the same time, why is it that every person in the uk is bombarded by calls and texts about making a claim that they otherwise would not have done, why is it that the claimant reports to their insurer that they had no passengers in the car then three claims are made, why is it that brake lights are disconnected, why is it that every country in the world has less whiplash than we do? 90% of low value whiplash claims are bent, end of. And don't give me that "stats don't prove that BS", the whole of the industry knows it. It will never be proved by stats as to get tot that point 90% of claims would have to go to trial and meet the burden of proof, which realistically will never happen for commercial and practical reasons.
