Have any of those who have posted comment suffered from a whiplash injury in a car crash?

In my personal experience, injuries can be extremely minor in the first instance with only torn muscle, however three years down the line and three surgical procedures later, before which you have to sign the disclaimer because the surgeons are working so close to the brain and spinal column they have to keep you awake so they have some indication if they hit the wrong spot and inadvertently paralyse you whilst they burn away the nerves with electromagnetic waves!

Personally I still have no resolution whatsoever and no job to return to as I cannot now fly in helicopters.

Why have I no resolution? The Company have very expensive lawyers.... that adopted the three D's principle... Deny, Delay, Defend. (It would be nice if they slipped an H in at the end (Be Honourable) however, that is never going to happen.

So from the other side of the coin, perhaps you guys deserve some of the bad press you receive and also perhaps deserve the regulation.

There is an expression in the North of England that suggests "some people can talk a good job" It is not that they are particularly good at their jobs, but they certainly let everyone know they are verbally...step forward the solicitor.
Sometimes regulation can save you from yourselves. It is quite apparent that yours is a niche market, As you all sang from the same profit orientated song sheet, then what could possibly go wrong?
Government Intervention perhaps? and when they do...It appears everyone takes offence.
