Describing whiplash claims as a 'phenomenon of false whiplash claims' is pretty much an attack on all whiplash claimants. He assumed that claims beyond those he was dealing with were also fake. In my opinion, that was inappropriate.

I also note that you are now resorting to personal attacks. If you are going to do that, at least have the balls to show your name.
