Some interesting points although more than two thirds of the article is from an EU perspective and therefore backward-looking. British industry is being exhorted by the government to get moving and export. Brexit is a huge opportunity for UK law firms and solicitors. However, the general tone of this article is limp-wristed half-heartedness and blank uncertainty. British law is the bedrock of many overseas jurisdictions. Are TLS and the Gazette confidently promoting this or half-wishing that the Brexit referendum will somehow be overturned as in Mr Goldsmith's articles ?
