Martin I don't doubt your personal experience. Bad people Muslim or otherwise are ten a penny. What does that prove by way of a general pattern on 1m muslims in this country?

I personally know many Israelis who cheered at indiscriminate killing in the last Gaza enslaught. What does that prove as a proposition about Israelis? Nothing.

As for the inquisition, it was many centuries ago. As you say. However, slaughter by Christian groups in Africa is contemporary, e.g. Uganda. Then you have extremist Christian groups in the US. Also killing by Buddhist groups in Myanmar. So what?

Why is it Muslims that are a vast and diverse group that are easily coloured by the actions of a very very few.

The terrorist attacks here were perpetrated by 5 men out of 1million Muslims. What does that prove?

We have a wave of historic sex abuse being uncovered, almost all committed by white men. What conclusions do you draw about white men from this?

The shari'ah does not condone the killing of people on buses, trains or buildings as you appear to believe. Crime and evil are distinct phenomena nothing to do with religion or race. Criminals always have excuses. More fool you to believe them!
