They want their cake and eat it. I make the following comments;

1. Of course there are more LIP's BECAUSE the Government has taken away legal aid for almost everything. So what can someone with little money who wants "Justice" do ? They have to litigate "in person" or not get "Justice" .

Now the Judges want to deny Justice to anyone at all who does not have Money. The rich win again.

2. I have acted as LIP many times and won against many "top lawyers", YET the Courts and defendants make it as hard as possible for me/LIP's not as easy. Luckily I have a brain and use it ,but those less fortunate are really stymied.

3. I had a really could Case. The UK High Court refused to hear it. I went to Berlin and won hands down. That showed me that have to make Germany the jurisdiction, as Judges and Court system in UK is biased and prejudiced.
