As someone who at 81 is sorely aggrieved by the "justice " my wife received from Kendal Mag court, but the disingenuous treatment doled out to my factual letters to the CPS, as it obviously fell into the too hard drawer when they do not reply because they dare not put into print anything which will hang them in Crown court, they cannot even indicate the date of my letter to them in responding, Have changed the case numbers some four times , have lied about receipt of police who was driving forms - and the fact of life she had broken her arm just weeks before and was unable to drive and still attending the Infirmary - what is one supposed to do to get a fair hearing - especially when Cumbria CPS lost £52,000 on prosecuting other disabled motorists - a group I have unfortunately been a member of for 60 years - ?
