The decline in the number Sole practitioners is in part the result of a change in the English society as a whole .Doctors now run their surgeries as a business , Dwindling congregations lead to places of worship being sold to property developers ,Corner shops are turned into cafes .I don't like any of the changes and crave a return to life before Blair .I am seriously considering joining Edward Du Cann in Cyprus
