The usual sort of woolly thinking from the uninformed, unqualified and incapable.

Instructing a solicitor is not 'consuming' a 'product': one instructs a solicitor to act, advise and or represent . I would expect anyone old enough to go to the toilet on their own to realise that the cost of the solicitor acting is contingent on the basis of their instructions.

Point 12 of the executive summary, is in and of itself reason to dismiss the report as the premises on which it was conceived are flawed or indeed to an extent absent.

I am also concerned that the short term recommendation 51.b suggests that the SRA can move to reduce the cost of PII . . . on that note I will leave and do some work.
