Easy to give price information. Just give an an adequate hourly rate plus disbursements for the lawyer doing the job.
Obviously, it is quite impossible to say how many hours will be needed nor the cost of required disbursements though, making the hourly rate information somewhat useless.

However, one thing is for certain, if Conveyancers were to stick by such a costing rule, their costs would undoubtedly nearly always double, triple or quadruple over the sums which they actually charge their clients!!

Mr Crawford I wholly agree that FO is indeed a very fair acronym to use in relation to the CMA, but not necessaily representing long hand version to which you (most generously) refer.
