Yet more proof that this Government and the MOJ see profit-making/money saving as their principle task and not service providing. So long as this thoroughly Tory way of thinking pervades, the situation will remain utterly hopeless as far as access to justice is concerned.

A quick win which will help create funds for...Well God only knows what, because we all know the funds realised from this measure will not give rise to any improvement in the court service or the justice system as a whole.
