We all know what the insurers will say:

"The MOJ's decision is further evidence of the need to fight the scourge of fraudulent and unecessary whiplash cases. Many fraudulent and unnecessary claimants already fraudulently and unnecessarily claim these fees in their fraudulent unnecessary bills and it's you, the innocent motorist who tailgates, risks a red light, fails to give way or shoots out from a side road, who will pay for this nonsense when we hike your premium for daring to ask for the cover that you are legally compelled to pay for every year....now where's my keys to the Rolls I've got a flight to Barbados to catch"....or something along these lines...
